Tina Papadakos
Tina Papadakos (formerly Margaritis), Careers Counsellor, Coach and Psychologist, has over 25 years’ experience counselling and advising individuals and organisations to maximize their potential and enhance wellbeing.
She has worked in both education and commercial settings, with secondary and tertiary students, and with adults embarking on career and life change. Tina has featured in careers related radio interviews and programs on ABC Radio National.

Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours), Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Registered Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Client Approach:
Tina’s methods of service delivery are well established, from extensive knowledge in vocational psychology and assessment combined with emerging theories in career development. As such, her approach to advising on career management and transitioning strategies is quite holistic. This includes an emphasis on how one’s career complements and/or conflicts with other important personal priorities – personal values and growth, family commitments, leisure activities, health and key relationships with others.

Tina works with a broad range of clients, from students planning their first career, graduates transitioning to the workforce, mid-career changers through to those contemplating retirement.
Tina partners with organisations to support staff selection and development, and advises on issues around staff retention, deploying strengths and workforce engagement.
